Manage credit cards and credit card information

When to use this procedure

Follow the steps below to transfer credit card information from one position to another, to or from one rental or lesson account to another. Transferring the information from one record to another saves time by eliminating the need to reenter information.

Steps to complete

  1. On the Add/Change Customer window, identify the customer whose credit card information you need to alter.
  2. Click CC Mgmt on the Personal tab. The Credit Card Management window opens.
  3. Select Move To or Copy To (above the Exit button). The label of the right-most grid column reflects your selection.
  4. In the Move To/Copy Tp column, click the drop-down arrow for a credit card and select an alternate position. The credit card is either moved to or copied to (creating a duplicate) the new position.
